Welcome to Spring and The Woodlands! As longtime residents of The Woodlands and Spring, we live, shop, play and sell homes in the community. Just north of Houston, The Woodlands and Spring are convenient to all the amenities of living in the 4th largest city in America, yet you still have that hometown feeling. As a native Houstonian, Karyn has lived in the Spring area more than 40 years. Our kids attended school here, one still does! The Market Street is one of our favorite places to go in The Woodlands for a great night out. For shopping, it is hard to beat The Woodlands mall with anchor stores like Dillards, Sears, JC Pennys and Macy's. We have seen so many great concerts, and quite a few high school graduations, at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion in The Woodlands also. Old Town Spring is part of our community also. When looking for antiques, collectables, the annual Texas Crawfish Festival or the annual Longhorn Rod Run, Old Town Spring is where to go!
